CHAMP MAGAZINE
NATHAN “HOLLYWOOD” ADOM

CHAMP: We got producer extraordinaire in the building T-Nyce. T-Nyce what’s  goodie bro?

T-Nyce:
Chilling just got back from Miami and Atlanta
CHAMP: Now Jonny Roxx was warning me about you for a minute and I definitely liked the joint you produced for him “Do It”. How long have you been producing for?

T-Nyce:
I been producing for about 3 strong years now

CHAMP: Who were some of you’re influences music-wise when growing up?

T-Nyce:
Timbaland, Havoc, Dr. Dre, Swizz Beats, JD, Ryan Leslie
CHAMP: Now the joint that really made go out and hunt for you was the monster production you produced for Big Page.  How’d  that whole thing with you and Page connect?

T-Nyce:
He called me and asked me for a banger so I gave him the banger…lol
CHAMP:  Now when you heard that it was a P. Reign diss. What was your reaction?

T-Nyce:
My reaction was like everybody else…Like  daaammmnnn!
CHAMP: You’ve actually produced a joint with Reign so have you spoken to him since and was he like “You hid that beat from me bro?!”?

T-Nyce:
He on a joint with Belly, Era, Johvan, orchestrated by DJ charlie Brown for his upcoming mixtape..Reign is a professional so we good.
CHAMP: What other joints have you produced that the people should be aware of?

T-Nyce:
Jonny Roxx “Jump On” “Do It”, Camo “Internet Gangsta”, “Put it on You”, “Insomnia”, Mayhem Morearty “Paint the Town Red”, Jim Jones “SwagN” , Show Stephens “Go Crazy”, Luu Breeze “Nutzo Loco Crazy” the list goes on and more comin’.

CHAMP: Who are some artists that you are working with at the moment?

T-Nyce: Most likely anybody that is popping or creating a buzz for themselves.

CHAMP: Now the joints I’ve heard from you are original based. Do you do the sampling thing, and where do you stand in the sampling versus no sampling argument?

T-Nyce: I dont sample but I don’t hate people who do either.. Sampling is part of music so if I sample I mostly play over them lol

CHAMP: What are some of the tools we can catch you messing with when you’re making a beat?

T-Nyce:
Reason, Protools, FL, and Cubase…I use anything that can be used.

CHAMP:  You’re also working closely with Page on TYPD (Things Young People Do). How’s that coming along?

T-Nyce: It’s coming along great…The single is done right now so we just mixing and mastering it…Then it’s dropping heavy!

CHAMP: Now you voiced your opinion and thoughts and views on J-Staffz. What’s the issue with that?

T-Nyce:
There’s no issues just wanted him to focus on his work rather than just talking smack every time that’s about it.

CHAMP: Have you guys spoken about it or seen each other since?

T-Nyce:
Yeah we saw each other and we spoke… No “beef” I just had to straighten him out on some things that’s all.

CHAMP: What else can we expect from T-Nyce in 2010?

T-Nyce: Expect other producers to hate on T-Nyce… lol no really expect hard work from me.. cause all y’all will hear the name NYCE!
