CHAMP: We got the beautiful Mirage Daniels with us. What’s up Mirage?

Mirage Daniels: Hey how’s it going!

CHAMP:  Where do you hail from and how long have you been modeling for?

Mirage Daniels: It’ kind of a long story.  My dad was in the military (air force) and I’ve always bounced around overseas. In 2002 I graduated high school in turkey and moved to Vegas and I’ve been here ever since. I’ve been modeling full-time since Oct 2009, I’m still fresh in the game but I believe I know what I’m doing.

CHAMP: Are there any specific ads or videos that you have been in that people may recognize you from?

Mirage Daniels: No, not yet. I’ve been very selective with the direction that I’m trying to take my modeling career. I know soon my face will be out there.

CHAMP: Before you were doing the modeling thing what was Mirage doing? Or still doing?

Mirage Daniels: I’ve been a student and still am a student. I went to school for two years for medical assisting while I worked at target and now I’m a psychology major and a mom to a two year old daughter.

CHAMP:  What’s your nationality?

Mirage Daniels: I’m bi-racial. My mom is full blooded German and my dad is African-American. No one ever guesses that though. I always hear Puerto-Rican or Dominican.

CHAMP: How’d you get started with the whole modeling thing?

Mirage Daniels: It’s actually a funny story. I was always teased about my long legs and my height. I tried modeling a few times and was like no, it’s not for me…yet! After I had my daughter I never felt sexier and more confident about my body. It almost instantly became a passion for me after that. And the crazy thing is I was completely natural at it! One of my buddies is a photographer, we did one photoshoot and the rest is history.

CHAMP: All my fellas definitely would like to know the answer to the golden question….Are you single?

Mirage Daniels: The golden answer is YES!

CHAMP: What’s the lamest thing a guy has ever done to impress you?

Mirage Daniels: Tried to buy my love.

CHAMP: What was the craziest thing a guy has done for you that you thought was just amazing and actually impressed you?

Mirage Daniels: I was 17 (my senior year) and going to homecoming with my boyfriend at the time. Instead of him buying me a corsage, he bought me a gold and white gold flower bracelet. To this day, no one has topped that.

CHAMP: On a music aspect. What’s Mirage’s top three songs she’s feeling at the moment?

Mirage Daniels: I’m for sure a big Common, Drake and Chris Brown fan.

CHAMP: What’s a hilarious “On Set” story you can share with the people?

Mirage Daniels: Haha! I was getting ready for a runway show in downtown Vegas and it was my turn for hair and make-up. I tried jumping on the bar stole verses normally sitting down and completely missed the stole and fell right on my butt! Good times. haha.

CHAMP: What project are you currently working on that we can expect?

Mirage Daniels: I’m working on building my website (miragedaniels.com) and getting my name out in the public as a respected model. I’m doing a lot of personal projects and a few runway/commercial shoots here and there.

CHAMP: When are you gonna come up to Toronto and kick it with us out here?

Mirage Daniels: Just say the word and I can arrange anything. haha!
