CHAMP: What’s goodie Laeann? What are you up to at the current moment?
LAEANN AMOS: Hello everyone, it is such a great pleasure to be working with Champ Magazine. As of right now, I am working with a new lifestyle – entertainment show called Access Vibe where I am the host of the show.
CHAMP: Definitely gotta start off with what your background is. You look like you have a few mixes in there.
LAEANN AMOS: Lol, Now days everyone has a mixture of something in their blood. I am African American and Cuban.
CHAMP: They say it’s wrong to ask a lady her age, but I definitely gotta know how old you are?
LAEANN AMOS: Let’s just say that I’m 20 something.
CHAMP: How were you discovered and what was it about modeling that made you say you wanted to do this?
LAEANN AMOS: I actually started modeling several years ago. I wasn’t really sure if I wanted to model but once I saw the finished product of my test photo shoot, I was amazed.
LAEANN AMOS: I have appeared in King Magazine, Blackmen Magazine, Urban Ink Mgagzine, Vibe Magazine, and Straight Stuntin Magazine. There’s so many I can’t name them all. I have also been blessed to be the cover model for such magazines as VBlazin Magazine, Block Dymes Magazine, and Kharizma Magazine.
CHAMP: Before the modeling thing what were you doing or what are you still doing?
LAEANN AMOS: Before modeling came about I was finishing my education, finding my way to leave my mark.
CHAMP: Now I wanna see how caught up you are about the game. What’s your thoughts and views on the whole Beanie Sigel and Jay-z issue falling out?
LAEANN AMOS: Being that I am a television host in the entertainment industry, I wouldn’t dare give my opinion without having the opportunity of interviewing both Beanie Sigel and Jay- Z to hear both side of their story.
CHAMP: Got a favorite artist of 2009? If so, who is it and why?
LAEANN AMOS: My favorite artist, is a new comer to the game. I can honestly say that I appreciate his music. I advise EVERYONE to check him out. Charles Reed. www.myspace.com/charlesreed
CHAMP: Name two truths and a lie about yourself.
LAEANN AMOS: lol I will pass on this one. I don’t tell lies, I just stretch the truth a little bit.
CHAMP: Other than modeling, what other talents do you have?
LAEANN AMOS: Other than modeling my other talents consist of choreography style dancing, and my ability to captivate my audience while speaking.
CHAMP: Now the industry always has some laughs and funny moments on set. Name the funniest moment you’ve had on a set before?
LAEANN AMOS: The funniest moment I have had on set, was after having baby oil rubbed on me, I went to climb on a motorcycle but slipped while the cameras were rolling. Oh I was so embarrassed.
CHAMP: Where’s Laeann’s man at? Are you single?
LAEANN AMOS: I wish I had a boyfriend, especially since you had to put me on blast like that but I’m single.
CHAMP: What’s the ideal dude for Laeann Amos?
LAEANN AMOS: It’s kind of hard to say. As I grow and learn myself I realized that instead of saying my do’s and don’ts I’d rather just meet a person and see where life takes us.
CHAMP: What’s the craziest thing a guy has done for you?
LAEANN AMOS: The craziest thing that a guy has every done for me was telling me that he was going to take me on a surprise trip to Key West, but when the car stopped driving 30 minutes later I didn’t want to be rude, But I knew it was no way in hell we where in Key West that fast. I later realized that he thought that was the name of the beach. I just smiled, because I thought is was cute and very sweet of him.
CHAMP: What’s the lamest thing a guy has done for you?
LAEANN AMOS: Aww, That’s such a mean question. I don’t know!
CHAMP: When can we expect you to come up to Toronto and party with the CHAMP team?
LAEANN AMOS: I would love to come at the top of the year. Let’s line up a few parties for me to host.
CHAMP: What else can we expect from Laeann?
LAEANN AMOS: For now, just stay tuned to Access Vibe TV and you will always find me giving each viewer VIP Access to the hottest events with your favorite celebrities.
